Abstract
This thesis attempts to convey my experience in two internships, as I try to find a career which will be fulfilling for me. I interned with two businesses, Williams Furniture Repair, a family owned furniture restoration shop, and American Restomods, a small custom auto restoration shop. These internships, along with supplemental research into each career, provided insight into the lives of people in these careers. After completing my internships and research, I compiled my thoughts and reflected on my experiences. I concluded that these careers will not be challenging enough for me in the long-term. I plan on getting a degree in engineering once I finish my current major. I would encourage any other students to do a similar project to find what they want to do.
