dc.description.abstract | This creative project is composed of four short stories exploring and dramatizing key historical events of the 1970s—the Jonestown massacre, the Kent State shooting, the Candyman killer, and Patty Hearst’s kidnapping. Through a third person point of view, these stories follow characters who have witnessed traumatic event. Each character’s dramatic, unique experience and story brings a significant historical moment to life. | |
