dc.description.abstract This paper considers the possibility that the Court is insufficiently checked within the current system of constitutional bounds and ultimately concludes that it is not. Such a possibility is explored through an examination and analysis of the historical views of the Founding Fathers and Framers, the work of scholars both for and against reform, and various reform proposals.
