Integrity, Personality, and Grit: Can Written Tests Predict Behavior?

Abstract

I would also like to thank all the I-O faculty for being so supportive and harboring a learning environment that encouraged exploring my interests. Lastly, I would like to thank Dr. James Houston for encouraging me to pursue research in I-O and helping me gain the skills I needed to succeed in this experience.
